Overview

Mahil CPA, an accounting firm in Saskatoon, approached 306 Technologies with two main concerns about their previous website. First, it wasn’t converting, traffic was low, and visitors weren’t taking action. The site also still reflected Mahil CPA’s old branding and lacked the content needed for visitors to understand the services offered.

Our goal for the new website came down to three words: organized, informational, and memorable. The site needed to be clean, easy to navigate, and make it simple for users to submit their information. Including clear, relevant information about the services offered was crucial, both for SEO and to help users understand what Mahil CPA provid es. Finally, the site needed to be memorable. We aimed to create a unique identity that stands out from other accounting firm websites in Saskatoon.

Let’s face it, accounting isn’t the sexiest thing to advertise. Most people don’t get excited about the task of finding accounting services. Accounting firm websites don’t help much either, most look like they were built from the same one-size-fits-all template. Our goal with the Mahil CPA website was to avoid all of that. We started from scratch, mapping out the key services the target audience is looking for when they visit the site, and building the experience around those needs. We focused on a content structure that makes it easy for users to find service information at any point in their journey. We paired it with elegant web design that feels both creative and unique, but never gets in the way of clarity or ease of use.
