Lake Country Co-op, a member-owned cooperative in Saskatchewan, Canada, partnered with 306 Technologies to create a custom website for their Ready-to-Move Homes division. The previous website, built on WordPress, was bulky and disorganized, making it challenging to use. The Homes by Lake Country team needed a solution that was both user-friendly and a true reflection of the quality and pride they take in their homes. 306 Technologies created a sleek, easy-to-use website, that fosters team collaboration and is equipped with AI tools for maximum efficiency
No two businesses are the same, therefore an out-of-the-box Content Management System (CMS) is rarely an ideal solution. For Homes By Lake Country, their previous WordPress CMS website was cluttered and disorganized making it difficult to update content. For the new website, we integrated Sanity CMS to provide visual editing capabilities and a streamlined content management system, allowing the team to locate and update any piece of content within just a few clicks.

Lake Country Co-op has a rich history in Saskatchewan and Western Canada. With the website design, we aimed to authentically capture and showcase that legacy to the fullest. Buying a home is often one of the most significant milestones in a person's life. The first step to that milestone is contacting a reputable and trusted builder. Therefore, showcasing trust and professionalism throughout the website was essential. Our goal was to paint a picture for potential clients of what their dream home could look like—the memories they’d create, the milestones they’d celebrate, and the family they’d grow.
